We work hard to make sure you get the right products and equipment to tackle your toughest jobs. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.*

Returning Products Is Easy!
- Gather the item(s) along with the original contents and packaging.
Items must be in like-new condition along with all with all the original contents, accessories, manuals, and packing materials.
- Call 800-400-9473 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
All product returns must be authorized by Jon-Don in advance. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Send the item(s) back to Jon-Don!
Once an RMA is issued, if eligible, you will receive an email with a UPS shipping label. Affix the label to the outside of the box and bring it to your nearest UPS drop-off location. Items can also be brought to your nearest Jon-Don branch.
In the event that your return is not eligible for a UPS label, your Jon-Don representative will discuss shipping options with you. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges and must ensure that the RMA number is legibly written on the outside of the shipping box.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your account for all proper, authorized returns.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Merchandise
Special Order Items - We are often able to order products for our customers that are hard to find elsewhere and are not supported by our regular inventory; these items are considered "special orders." Custom or specially ordered products do not qualify for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and are not eligible for return, regardless of condition. Defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement. Once placed, special orders cannot be canceled.
Resinous Coatings / Epoxy - Resinous coatings or epoxy products are not eligible for return. Even if the container has never been opened, changes in temperature, product exposure, and improper handling can compromise product effectiveness and consistency. To ensure that our customers receive only the best quality products, Jon-Don cannot accept any returns of these products.
Restoration Equipment - Restoration environments can expose equipment to contaminants, such as mold, lead, and asbestos. As a result, returns of restoration equipment are only accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is in its original, unopened packaging.
During major restoration events, such as hurricanes, floods, freeze events, or forest fires, all sales of restoration equipment are final; returns will not be accepted, regardless of condition. This includes, but is not limited to, dehumidifiers, portable heaters, air movers, air scrubbers, meters, and flood extractors.
Leased/Financed Items - Leased or financed equipment and products are not eligible for return.
Clearance Merchandise - All sales are final for Clearance merchandise. These products are not eligible for return, regardless of condition.
Demo / Used Equipment
All demo/used equipment has been thoroughly evaluated by Jon-Don’s Service Team and restored to manufacturer specifications. Everything works like it should with all the proper parts and accessories. And if you don’t mind a few scratches and dings, you can get a great deal! All demo/used equipment is backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee along with a 90-day Used Equipment Warranty. If your equipment breaks down within the first 90 days, we’ll repair it for free.
SPECIAL NOTICE ON RETURNS: Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), there is a national shortage on many of our regularly stocked items. As a result, we have temporarily changed our return policy on select items impacted by the shortage.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, excluding special orders and Epoxy, simply return the item for a full credit, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receipt. Customers within the continental U.S. can receive a call tag to make it easier to ship the item back to Jon-Don.
When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse credit on worn or used items in violation of the spirit of this policy. We reserve the right not to accept equipment not returned in original condition.
RESTORATION ITEM RETURN POLICY
To receive full credit on restoration items, such as air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, respirators, etc., items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unopened packaging. If boxes are open or missing manuals, the only type of credit given is an in-store credit that can be used toward future purchases at Jon-Don. Customers are responsible for all freight fees to return these items back to Jon-Don.
During major restoration events, such as hurricanes, floods, winter freeze events, or forest fires, all sales of restoration equipment are final. This includes dehumidifiers, portable heaters, air movers, air scrubbers, meters, and flood extractors.
