Product Information
VaporSolve Primer is a water-based epoxy material with deep penetration and adhesion to concrete. It has a superior performance to 100% solids remediation materials over contaminated concrete and eliminates or greatly reduces concrete outgassing.
VaporSolve Primer should be used as part of the VaporSolve Ultra System. This two-part system should be used on concrete that has been treated by reactive silicates or on concrete with an unknown history.
First, VaporSolve Primer is applied. VaporSolve Primer penetrates 25-30% deeper into concrete than low viscosity (250 cps) 100% solids epoxy. It offers superior performance to 100% solids remediation materials when coating concrete that has interior contamination that cannot be detected without laboratory analysis. It eliminates or greatly reduces concrete out-gassing.
Next, VaporSolve 100 is applied. This low viscosity, hydrophobic resin system cures on damp or wet concrete.
The total system thickness is 12 mils.
