Product Information
Melt Down Plus is a preferred, no-neutralizing, no-machine-needed stripper that leaves behind no harsh alkaline residue to block adhesion of future applications of sealer or finish.
This product is easy to use: just agitate the solution with a mop, low-speed rotary machine, automatic scrubber, or stripping machine to bring up the finish.
Melt Down Plus is fast-acting, and was specifically developed to quickly strip multiple coats of burnished finish from a variety of floors. Its rinse-free, low-pH formula requires no neutralization after use.
Since this formulation is non-ammoniated, forget about offensive odors that typically result in customer complaints when you strip their floors. It has a pleasant lemon fragrance that isn’t overpowering.
Safe on most resilient and non-resilient floors, count on Melt Down Plus to restore mineral surfaces, terrazzo, concrete, vinyl, vinyl composition, asphalt, rubber, brick, and quarry tile to their original shine.

Usage
Usage:
- For medium stripping: dilute 10 oz per gallon of water (1:12)
- For heavy stripping: dilute 25 oz per gallon of water (1:5)
