The Phoenix R250 LGR dehumidifier that has been newly redesigned from the inside out, making this unit a rugged, dependable choice for a variety of water damage restoration jobs.

The R250 pulls an impressive 135 pints at AHAM (80°F/60% Rh) while drawing only 8.3 amps-the most of the Phoenix R series. Thanks to Phoenix's patented ByPass™ technology, the R250 maximizes water removal in a greater range of temperatures, vastly out-performing other units in its class.

The R250 features epoxy-coated coils, a leading innovation introduced by Phoenix. The protective coating extends the life of the coils, provides protection in corrosive environments, and maintains the coil's heat-transfer ability. In short, the coils work better and last longer.

A new heavy-duty condensate pump and rugged float switch are designed to handle the rigors of rough restoration environments. These newly improved components can withstand harsh restoration environments without falling apart, which improves your productivity and reduces maintenance costs and down-time.

Like every Phoenix, the R250 features superior air filtration with a pleated media MERV 11 filter. Multiple ducting options are available with 12" intake duct tabs on the lid and a wire duct collar for 10" lay-flat duct on the exhaust.

The R250 also features an outlet grill that is configured to accept a variety of thermo-hygrometer probes, such as the HM-34, HM-40, Humiport, LM-8000, and others.

Solid state controls in addition to power and purge buttons clearly display total equipment hours and individual job hours, making it easy for you to track equipment usage and schedule routine maintenance.

Just like the R200, the R250 features the same convenient built-in handle, making it easy to maneuver the unit in and out of a vehicle, around the job site, or up and down stairs.

The R250 comes with a 25-foot power cord and 33-foot condensate hose. Both conveniently store inside the hinged lid for easy access and transport.

The R250 is also stackable, which helps maximize your storage capacity in your van, truck, garage, or warehouse.
