Odorless Mineral Spirits (OMS) are a solvent-based, odorless cleaning formula that is safe for use on all fabrics, even silk and crushed velvets. When you are worried about bleeding, browning, or shrinkage, OMS is the best choice to safely clean delicate fabrics.

OMS can also be used as a pretreatment (apply using a towel) for oily spots on fabrics. It’s also great for removing hair treatments (such as oils, gels, or sprays) that have transferred to fabric. It can also be used on grimy spots where dogs have rubbed against the front of a chair.

By mixing OMS with a compatible, dry, solvent- based cleaning detergent (such as Kleen- Rite Dry Cleaning Concentrate) you can make your own dry cleaning solution for treating upholstery and drapery fabrics. The result? Big savings.

Dilution:

• For upholstery, mix 1 gallon OMS with 18 oz of KleenRite Dry Cleaning Concentrate.
• For drapery, mix 1 gallon OMS with 4 oz of KleenRite Dry Cleaning Concentrate.
