Product Information
HydraMaster RinseOut is a specially formulated detergent-free acid rinse designed for the final neutralizing step in the safe and effective cleaning of Oriental rugs, natural fabric upholstery, investment textiles, and carpeting.
RinseOut is also effective at fabric and textile treatment to prevent or correct cellulosic or chemical browning and yellowing. It also doubles as an effective acid spotter and can be used to stabilize dyes and prevent color bleeding.
RinseOut neutralizes alkaline and detergent residues and leaves the rug, fabric, or carpet with a softer feel. It is safe to use on wool and other natural fabrics, as well as synthetic fibers. It can also assist in dissolving and breaking down pet urine deposits as well as road salt and ice melt tracking.
RinseOut contains new generation anti-corrosion agents that protect your equipment.
This ultra-concentrated product yields up to 320 gallons of neutralizing rinse, making it extremely economical.
Dilutions:
- In a portable, mix 2–4 oz RinseOut with 5 gal water
- In a truck mount, mix 1 qt to 5 gal water to make a stock solution
- As a browning treatment, mix 8–12 oz to 1 gal water
- As an after-spray, mix 2 oz per gal water
- A concentrated gallon of RinseOut will treat appox 35,000 sq ft
For best results, follow the standard carpet cleaning practices as outlined in IICRC S001.
Usage
Directions:
For use as a fine fabric, rug, textile, and carpet neutralizing rinse:
- Always pre-test all cleaning solutions in an inconspicuous area for colorfastness prior to application.
- RinseOut is designed to be used as a neutralizing rinse following the application of a prespray or preconditioning solution such as Wool Master, FabricMaster HD, FabricMaster Fine Fabric, or FastBreak HD.
- For application through a portable extractor, mix 2-4 ounces of solution with five gallons of water. For use with a truckmount, mix one quart (32 ounces) of solution with five gallons of water to make concentrate. Set solution flow meter at 2-3 gph.
- For faster cleaning, reduced fatigue, and more effective soil removal, extract with the RX-20 Rotary Extraction Tool. In furniture dense environments use the Evolution cleaning wand.
- For faster drying, especially in humid environments, consider the use of an axial, centrifugal, or downdraft air mover after cleaning.
For use as a browning and yellowing treatment:
- For browning prevention, dye stabilizing, and post cleaning after-spray topical treatment, mix two ounces of solution with one gallon of water. Lightly mist over the carpet, rug, or fabric being cleaned.
- For browning or yellowing correction, mix 8 ounces of solution with one gallon of water. . Lightly mist over the carpet, rug, or fabric being cleaned.
- For faster drying, especially in humid environments, consider the use of an axial, centrifugal, or downdraft air mover after cleaning.
