If you’re dissatisfied for ANY reason, simply return the product within 30 days of your purchase in like-new condition with all the original packing materials, accessories, and manuals to receive a complete refund.

Note: Special order items do not qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee since we are not recommending the product for you. We recommend that new equipment be tested for a few minutes in a controlled environment before normal use.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, excluding special orders, simply return the item for a full credit, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receipt. Customers within the continental U.S. can receive a call tag to make it easier to ship the item back to Jon-Don.
When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse credit on worn or used items in violation of the spirit of this policy. We reserve the right not to accept equipment not returned in original condition.
Restoration Item Return Policy:
To receive full credit on restoration items, such as air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, respirators, etc., items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unopened packaging. If boxes are open or missing manuals, the only type of credit given is an in-store credit that can be used toward future purchases at Jon-Don.
During major restoration events, such as hurricanes, floods, or forest fires, all restoration returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. During these events, only unopened items still in their original packaging are eligible for returns. Open/used items will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all freight fees to return restoration items back to Jon-Don.
Generator Return Policy:
Once a generator has gasoline in it, Jon-Don cannot issue a call tag to have the item shipped back in the event of a return or warranty repair. In order for returns or warranty repairs to be processed, the unit must be dropped off at any Jon-Don location.
Special Order Return Policy:
We are often able to order products for our customers that are hard to find elsewhere and are not supported by our regular inventory; these orders are considered "special orders." Special order items do not qualify for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Returns of special order items are only accepted within 14 days provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging. All special order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 14 days, all special order items, regardless of the state of packaging, are non-refundable. Defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement.
To ensure product consistency and quality, Jon-Don cannot accept returns of epoxy products.
Even if the container has never been opened, changes in temperature, product exposure, and improper handling can compromise product effectiveness. For this reason and to ensure our customers receive only the best quality products, Jon-Don cannot accept any returns of epoxy products.
