Microban Germicidal Cleaner Concentrate is a one-step, quat-based disinfectant that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, viruses, mold, and mildew.
Microban Germicidal Cleaner Concentrate meets EPA standards for hospital disinfectants. When used according to label directions, it kills and inhibits the growth of fungi, mold, and mildew as well as common house hold germs, including Pseudomonas aeruginos (Pseudomonas), Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus faecalis, Influenza A / Brazil, 2009 H1N1 flu virus, and Trichophyton mentagrophytes (athlete's foot fungus), HIV-1, Heptatitus B, and Hepatitus C.
This multi-purpose quaternary disinfectant can be used in residences, commercial institutions, daycare centers, nurseries, or restaurants. Microban Germicidal Cleaner Concentrate can safely treat both hard nonporous surfaces and carpets. It leaves behind a delightful mint scent.
Apply with a compression sprayer, foam generator, pressure washer or an airless paint sprayer.
Dilution:
- Use 2 ounces per gallon for general cleaning and disinfection
- To sanitize nonporous surfaces, use a mixture of 1/2 ounce per gallon
