HTC Diamond Xpress is a grinding system specifically developed for dry-processing of natural stone such as marble, terrazzo, and limestone. The specific formula and design also makes it a very good polishing tool for hard concrete floors.
No water - no slurry
By using Diamond Xpress you can now grind natural stone in the same way as you are grinding concrete. A perfect finish has never been so easy. Thanks to advanced diamond and composite technology, the system requires no water. This provides significant savings in personnel, equipment, and management. By eliminating water, the grinding process can be completed in half the time and still, the end result is improved thanks to a higher gloss!
Fewer steps with Diamond Xpress
With Diamond Xpress, you can also reduce the number of steps in the grinding process and reduce or completely exclude chemicals. By complementing with the BBX2 tool from the Big Block series as a first grinding step, you can perform a complete dry-process grinding of your natural stone floor, using no water.
DX 3 & 4 are perfect for grinding of natural stone such as marble, terrazzo, and limestone.
DX 5, 6 & 7 are perfect for honing of natural stone such as marble, terrazzo, and limestone.
DX 8, 9 & 10 are perfect for polishing of natural stone such as marble, terrazzo, and limestone. The specific formula and design also makes them a very good polishing tool for hard concrete floors.
