Have you avoided getting involved in fire restoration because it seems too complicated? Well it's not, as long as you understand the principles and proper techniques of fire restoration and odor control taught in this two-day seminar.
Following a fire, the customers "heightened awareness" can make the restorers job very difficult. Your best defense against this are: close inspection, careful documentation and professional image. You will learn how different substances burning influence the difficulty of the clean up.
Over this two-day seminar you will study job planning and execution, chemical and equipment requirements, structural cleaning, contents cleaning, as well as determining the job scope and estimating. The manual contains a section of forms to be used on the job.
Getting the customers back into their restored home makes you the hero. They will not forget what you did for them and will certainly remember you when it is time for the next carpet cleaning.
