The Dri-Eaz Velo air mover doesn’t look like your typical snail shell centrifugal. Upon first glance, you'd never guess that this odd-looking dual speed air mover produces the largest drying area possible while drawing just 1.9 amps. But it does that and MORE.
With its ultra compact design (half the height of snail shell units and 2.5" shorter than competitive air movers), you can fit twice as many Velos on every truck. This is especially helpful on those large restoration jobs where you’ve got a lot of area to dry and no time to make multiple trips back and forth to bring more equipment.
The Velo is also light enough that a single tech can carry two to four units at once or up to SIX easily with a hand truck!
The durable rotomolded housing is designed so that you can set the Velo in 4 different drying positions, perfect for drying any area, including walls, ceilings, hallways, stairs, cabinets, or crawlspaces.
Thanks to its ultra low amp draw and built-in GFCI outlets, you can also daisy chain multiple units together—up to 6 units, in fact, from a single 15-amp circuit. On the low setting, which draws just 1.2 amps, you can daisy chain up to 10 units!
The super tough flex handle was put through extreme tests to ensure it wouldn’t crack or break—even after 5,000 tests at four times the weight of the Velo. Dri-Eaz takes it one step further and backs the flex handle with a lifetime limited warranty.
The rotomolded housing of the Velo can take even the worst bumps and bangs without denting, chipping, or cracking. Dri-Eaz engineers tested out the Velo by chucking it around a warehouse with hard concrete floors. Even after such rough abuse, you couldn't find a mark—and the Velo kept right on running like nothing had ever happened!
