In order to kill the fungal growth (mold removal or mildew removal), first, use Bioesque Disinfectant Solution as directed and then use Bioesque Mold & Mildew Stain Remover to eliminate mold stain. This should be followed by applying Bioesque Mold Resistant Coating to prevent mold growth.
