Each PCM 25 mm air sampling cassette features quality 0.8um MCE Filter Material without grids plus a 2” static conductive extension cowl.

Each cassette is pre-loaded and marked with a unique serial number for ease of use and ease of documentation.

Zefon PCM 25 mm air sampling cassettes are designed and manufactured to meet all applicable NIOSH, OSHA, and EPA standards.

These cassettes meet NIOSH 7400/7402 specifications.

Durable, Reliable Construction

The cassette housings are injection molded in-house and are individually assembled and preloaded under stringent quality control standards. Once assembled, each cassette is individually tested prior to packaging for shipment.

Quality Control

Each PCM 25mm cassette undergoes stringent quality control that includes thorough inspection for the correct filter/pad combination and thorough inspection to ensure no filter parchment paper is present.

Each lot of cassettes then has numerous sample blanks verified by an independent laboratory to have acceptable background fiber counts as per NIOSH requirements. Laboratory results are available upon request.
