SENTINEL Lead Encapsulant is an interior/exterior, water-based, zero VOC, low-odor coating designed as a permanent solution for abatement of lead-based paint. Formulated with a flexible, durable, high solids finish, SENTINEL Lead Encapsulant provides a thick barrier that traps and holds in lead contaminants on a variety of building surfaces.
This product contains a bitter-tasting anti-ingestant which will deter children from oral contact. It has also been tested independently and found to meet the ASTM E-1795 requirements for liquid coating lead encapsulation products. It also complies with HUD & EPA for abatement by encapsulation.
