Revive-Maxx pads will remove scratches, etch marks, soiling, and other surface imperfections to restore most surfaces to a “good as new” shine. Whether you use them to completely rejuvenate your floor or depend on them for daily maintenance, Revive-Maxx pads are an excellent choice.
Impregnated with FERRZON, the only substance capable of scratching a diamond, Revive-Maxx pads deliver outstanding floor polishing results. In fact, when compared to standard diamond pads, Revive-Maxx pads deliver a superior shine.
The stiff, open-weave construction of these pads not only ensures greater self-cleaning, but also improved pad life and durability. These pads are engineered to withstand high speeds without generating high heat too.
Each Revive-Maxx pad is 20 mm thick, and you only need to make about 5 passes per pad to achieve terrific results. Since you’ll perform fewer pad changes, you’ll experience fewer stoppages and less downtime, which reduces your labor expenses.
In addition, Revive-Maxx pads eliminate the need for multiple expensive polymers, polishes, and coatings on terrazzo and stone surfaces. There’s no need for expensive chemical strippers either, which further reduces your overall maintenance costs.
Revive-Maxx floor pads can be used wet (water only) or dry under auto scrubbers, ultra-high-speed burnishers, and 3-head grinding/polishing machines.
These pads are ideal for use on terrazzo, marble, granite, ceramic tiles, resin (top coat), epoxy, concrete, and acrylic floors.

The ReviveMax Pads are color coded for the different grits to make your job even easier, and are available in the following grits:
- Red (400 Grit) - This coarse pad is for heavy-duty surface renovation
- Blue (800 Grit) - A medium pad designed for deep cleaning that will produce an economical light reflective finish. Most popular in large industrial and commercial applications
- Yellow (1500 Grit) - Used for polishing and cleaning, this pad produces a clear reflective shine
- Green (3000 Grit) - The green pad serves two functions: firstly, used wet or dry it will finish off the four-step process and leave a polish with the highest shine available; secondly, if used daily it will maintain and improve the polish. In high traffic areas, it will remove small scratches and slight dullness, leaving a high shine floor.
Usage
For best results always use a flat Velcro-style drive plate. A brush type drive plate can result in uneven pad wear.
Working Wet
When working wet, a floor polishing machine set at 180-400 RPM with a minimum weight of 80 pounds is recommended.
Red Pad
Mainly used for removing light to medium scratches, etch marks and cleaning deeply soiled floors. It can be used to remove standard floor coatings. When using an auto scrubber, turn the water to medium flow, set maximum down pressure on the heads, and work in a systematic way.
Only cover an area you can easily control and vacuum residue as you go. To remove scratches, run the machine fitted with the pad over the surface 4-6 times in succession, then check if the damaged areas are removed before continuing.
Blue Pad
This is a deep cleaning pad. It can be used to deep clean and remove light scratches or repair lightly worn surfaces. Follow the same procedures as the red pad. Look for an even hone and scratch-free finish when this stage is completed
Yellow Pad
This pad will start the polishing process. Follow the same procedure as on previous pads. Look for a silky luster when this stage is completed.
Green Pad
The final polishing pad. As part of a light restoration, make 5 passes over the floor. When used every day wet or dry, the green pad will clean and maintain the floor and offer the highest possible shine.
Working Dry
These pads are designed to withstand high speeds without generating high heat. Using a high-speed burnisher, it is possible to remove scratches and etch marks in many stone and terrazzo floors.
Removal of scratches and etch marks:
Red Pad
- Run burnishing machine at medium speed
- Move over the surfaces to be repaired at a slow walking pace
- Work surface in a side to side direction to the chosen stop points
- Continue working for 3-4 passes
Blue Pad
- Run machine at high speed
- Move over the surfaces at a slow walking pace
- Work surface in a side to side direction
- Continue working for 2-3 passes
Yellow Pad
- Run machine at high speed
- Move over the surfaces at a normal walking pace
- Work surface in a side to side direction
- Continue working for 2-3 passes
Green Pad
- Run machine at maximum speed
- Move over the surfaces at a normal walking pace
- Work surface in a random method
