REFINE‑MAXX™ Potassium Densifier

REFINE-MAXX Potassium Densifier is a blend of silicates designed specifically for steel-troweled or burnished concrete floors. This penetrating, economical treatment reacts with the concrete to quickly create a harder, denser surface. It is safer and easier to apply and provides better abrasion resistance than conventional sodium silicate hardeners.

Easy, one-step application. No scrubbing, flushing, or caustic wastewater. Treated surfaces are easier to maintain.

For better maintenance, remove surface dust and debris daily using a microfiber pad or dry dust mop. Dry buff with a high-speed burnisher to refresh gloss. Regular maintenance cleaning will improve surface shine. Maintain the floor with cleaners specifically formulated for polished concrete. Though Potassium Densifier will improve the resistance of concrete surfaces to staining, acid concentrates and acidic foods may etch the floor and leave a residual stain.

NOTE: Potassium Densifier will not prevent water penetration through structural cracks, defects, or open joints.
