Maximum Cleaning Power with a Minimum pH
Ultra TLC is a high-performance pre-spray that attacks dirt and soiling with all the strength of a typical pre-spray but without the high pH that can damage fibers and void stain-resistant warranties.
This hyper-concentrate emulsifies and suspends stubborn soiling so it can be easily flushed away, revealing clean, soft, and bright upholstery and carpet.
VOC-compliant and biodegradable, this product is an ideal choice for a variety of environments, including residential and commercial settings. It can be used on all wet-cleanable fabrics and even wool rugs and natural fibers!
Usage
This is a hyper-concentrate solution. Shake well before each use.
Dilution:
100:1 | 1.25 oz/gal | 10 oz/gal for 8:1 injection sprayers (normal soiling conditions)
75:1 | 1.75 oz/gal | 14 oz/gal for 8:1 injection sprayers
50:1 | 2.50 oz/gal | 20 oz/gal for 8:1 injection sprayers
30:1 | 4.25 oz/gal | 34 oz/gal for 8:1 injection sprayers
20:1 | 6.50 oz/gal | 52 oz/gal for 8:1 injection sprayers
10:1 | 12.75 oz/gal | 102 oz/gal for 8:1 injection sprayers
Instructions for Rugs or Carpet:
Using a dilute solution of Ultra TLC, pre-spray soiled areas using a pump-up sprayer and agitate gently with a brush or carpet rake to emulsify and suspend soil prior to hot water extraction.
Instructions for Upholstery:
Check material for dye stability and then apply with trigger sprayer to soiled area. Agitate gently yet thoroughly with soft brush. Extract using an upholstery tool and the hottest water allowable for the fabric.
