We'll explore fire behaviors and the reasons why smoke travels in the manner it does. Often it is not actual fire damage/burning that causes the most damage, but rather smoke. You will learn about the differences in smoke residues and how to remove them.
Odor is another common problem on fire damage jobs. You will learn about the different deodorization methods available and when each should be used. Methods covered include adsorption, ozone, hydroxyls, masking and pairing agents, and air filtration.
