SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR IN-PERSON SEMINARS

To protect the health and safety of students, instructors, employees, and customers, Jon-Don has implemented the following safety protocols. All students and staff are expected to adhere to these guidelines throughout the duration of the event.

  1. Mask Requirements. Jon-Don follows the guidance of the CDC. As of June 3rd, 2021, Jon-Don will no longer require fully vaccinated employees, customers, or vendors to wear face coverings in our facilities.

The CDC's guidelines for a fully vaccinated individual are as follows:
    - 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
    - 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine.

If you don’t meet these requirements, you are NOT fully vaccinated. If you are not fully vaccinated, you are still required to wear a mask while in common areas of our facilities.
  2. Students and staff should maintain a 6-foot social distance as much as possible.
  3. Frequent hand washing and hand sanitization is encouraged. Hand sanitizer will be available for students to use in the seminar area.
  4. Individually boxed lunches will be provided.
  5. Any individual exhibiting flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, body aches, difficulty breathing, headache, etc.) will not be permitted to attend the class.
  6. An EPA List N disinfectant will be applied to desks, table tops, and other high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
