Tramex Roof Master Kit

For fast, accurate moisture measurement of roofing and waterproofing systems, the Roof Master Kit is the tool of choice for roofing professionals. This point-of-contact, non-destructive kit surveys moisture conditions up to 6 inches deep, evaluates moisture conditions in concrete and wood decks, and measures ambient relative humidity and dew point conditions.

The Roof Master Kit comes with the Dec Scanner, RWS Roof and Wall Scanner, and CMEX II moisture meter. It also includes several accessories for measuring moisture in wood and concrete all safely stored in a heavy-duty, protective wheeled carry case with die-cut foam lining.

The Dec Scanner offers three ranges of sensitivity, enabling the inspection of a variety of room membranes and insulation thickness. This tool is ideal for leak tracking, problem sourcing, and instantaneous and clear indication of roof conditions. The Dec Scanner is faster and more user-friendly than nuclear meters. It delivers accurate readings over large roof areas in a short time frame.

The RWS Roof and Wall Scanner is designed for non-destructive moisture evaluation of roofs, EIFS, foam insulation systems and other building envelope applications. It features multi-mode functions, which allow for depth penetration and sensitivity selection to help you evaluate the extent of the moisture problem and pin-point its source. It is fast and easy to operate and delivers instant, clear readings.

The CMEX II measures up to 6.9% moisture content in concrete and 7% to 40% moisture content in wood using the included 7-inch pin probe for deep penetration. The CMEX II attaches  to a relative humidity Hygro-i® probe for in situ testing of concrete. Readings are displayed on a large, clear, backlit screen. A convenient  hold function "freezes" the meter reading when inspecting areas where the meter face is not visible.
