Tramex Pest Control Professional Kit

This kit allows pest control professionals to perform non-destructive testing of multiple building materials to identify moisture content. It features the MRH III moisture humidity meter plus wood probe, humidity probe, and IRTX infrared thermometer.

The MRH III provides deep signal, non-destructive penetration up to 1.25” deep in a variety of building materials, including drywall, paint, wall coverings, ceramic tiles, floor coverings, wood, roof coverings, and more. It provides precise, accurate readings in low moisture content and up to 55% moisture content in wood in non-invasive mode.

Readings are displayed on a large, clear backlit digital display. A convenient hold function “freezes” the meter reading when inspecting areas where the meter face is not visible. An audio signal sounds when the meter indicates high readings.

This kit comes with a relative humidity probe plus 8 hole liners. The RH probe allows the user to identify areas of high RH, both ambient and in existing cavities, that may be conducive to wood-destroying organisms.

Also included is a handheld pin-type wood probe designed for accessing hard-to-reach areas and for probing into wall cavities and wood. Insulated pins measuring 7” long are also included for in-depth penetration.
