SFS Business Planning Seminar Overview
This two-day seminar, led by Strategies instructor and "numbers
guru" Chuck Violand, is designed to formulate a business
plan that you will learn to create yourself, specifically
designed for your company's size, your customers, your services
and your dreams. You'll learn to calculate and map out realistic
sales and expense forecasts, marketing objectives, and action
plans that are achievable. You'll walk away with the tools
necessary to track your progress throughout the year.
Due to the interactive design of this course seats are limited. Attendees must be a Strategies For Success™ graduate. Laptop computers are recommended but not required.
