IICRC Stone, Masonry & Ceramic Tile Technician Class Overview
This brand new 2-day course explores in detail the basics of maintaining stone floor surfaces, starting with the identification of all materials. There are separate sections for each of the natural stone types from Saltillo to brick.
The course also covers all types of grout, including cement-based, epoxy resin and furan types. Although not a course about installation, participants will know what a good installation should look like.
The class goes into great detail about the proper maintenance
techniques and products for “no hassle” customer
service and finishes with a large section on proper cleaning
products, safety and industry resources. This class
does include hands-on training.
