Jeff Cross
Jeff Cross is the senior editor of CM/Cleanfax Magazine.
He is a 14-veteran of the carpet and furniture cleaning
industry, and former owner of a successful carpet, furniture
and disaster restoration firm. As an IICRC Certified Master
Textile Cleaner and Approved Instructor, Jeff teaches
carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, color repair and
advanced spot and stain removal seminars across the country.
He is the author of several technical manuals covering
all aspects of textile care and cleaning. His seminars
are very heavy with hands-on technical training. |

In addition to Barry's many industry certifications and

Mark Krzyzanowski
National Vice President and Regional Vice President, respectively,

Michael Pinto
Michael A. Pinto, CSP, CMP, is chief executive officer
of wonder Makers Environmental, Inc., a manufacturing
and environmental consulting firm that specializes in
identification and control of asbestos, lead, IAQ, mold,
industrial hygiene and chemical problems. Dr. Pinto is
the author of over 100 publishes articles and several
books including, "Fungal Contamination: A Comprehensive
Guide for Remediation." He completed his PhD. In environmental
engineering and holds numerous other certifications in
the environmental and safety areas. He was selected as
part of the Mitigation Assessment Team for FEMA following
