IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
Technicians who do not take this course prior to attending will not be eligible for the exam or IICRC credits

Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) is an intense drying concepts and management course. The focus of this 5-day curriculum is on commercial, industrial, institutional, and complex residential structures.

Through this course, you’ll learn how to inspect, evaluate, dry, administer, and manage large losses. You will discover how to improve your inspection techniques, you’ll learn advanced psychrometric concepts, and get hands-on, real-world instruction.

This is not just a course about drying hotels and high rises. It encompasses commercial (hotel/office buildings), industrial (manufacturing plants, distribution warehouses), institutional (hospitals, schools, etc.), and complex residential (apartments, duplex, large homes, etc) water damages.

The goal of this course is to help you become proficient in drying a commercial or complex structure and understand the concepts of managing such a project.
