HEPA Filtration for Improved Indoor Air Quality

The T7500 features two oversized independently tested and certified HEPA filters, each rated at 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns. This model features a 20% increased filter area for improved performance.

This model also features Teflon-coated sock-style pre-filters that provide 25 sq ft of surface area for nonstop grinding and long service life.

In addition, the sealed cyclonic chamber separates and removes larger dust particles from the airstream before the air enters the pre-filter socks preventing premature filter loading.

Dust-Free Filter Cleaning with Jet Pulse® Technology

Like all Ermator dust extractors, this model features the JetPulse® filter cleaning system for dust-free cleaning of the filter. This unique system efficiently purges the pre-filter within the closed vacuum—there's no need to open the machine and create a dust hazard. 

Mess-Free Dust Disposal

The T7500 includes a 70’ Longopac bagging system for fast, drop-down, dust-free disposal into as many as 25 individually sealed plastic bags. The steel frame of the T7500 also includes a Longopac platform, which supports the weight of filled bags and makes it easy to slide them onto a wood pallet.

Complying with OSHA's new respirable crystalline dust standards (29 CFR 1910.1953) is easy with Ermator! This high-performing unit meets OSHA's dust collector requirements and helps provide a cleaner, healthier work site.

From its steel frame to its wear-resistant pre-filter hoses, the T7500 is built to withstand the roughest jobs. The commercial-grade turbine motor features twin mufflers and integrally cast heat sinks. Not only is it exceptionally quiet, but it runs cooler for extremely long service life.

Easy Maneuverability

The T7500 rolls around the job site with ease thanks to is pneumatic tires and 4-inch casters with brakes. This unit is stable, balanced, and highly maneuverable.

This model is also 8” shorter than its predecessor, the T75, making transportation easier and more convenient when loading/unloading from a vehicle.
