The Jon-Don Warranty Plus Maximum Protection Program often goes beyond the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. Many vendors provide a parts warranty only. Some may provide limited labor coverage to their distributor according to a pre-set schedule. As a thank you to our loyal customers Jon-Don will provide labor free of charge for warranty repairs on equipment purchased from us.

The particulars of the program are as follows:

New Equipment and Replacement Parts

Labor

• Warranty coincides with manufacturer’s written policy
• Jon-Don will process warranty claims and provide replacement part(s) free of charge.
• The customer is responsible for cost of part(s) if the manufacturer denies the warranty claim.
Although most manufacturer’s will cover labor for up to 90 days, Jon-Don goes above and beyond to cover labor on any part purchased at Jon-Don while covered under the manufacturer’s warranty regardless of time of purchase of truck mount system, as long as your services are performed at a Jon-Don Service Center.

Equipment Other Than Truck Mounts Purchased Through Jon-Don
• Any part(s) covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be installed free of charge if the work is performed at a Jon-Don facility. • Any part(s) covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be installed free of charge if the work is performed at a Jon-Don facility within one (1) year from date of purchase.
• The customer is responsible for labor after one (1) year unless covered by the manufacturer.


Replacement Parts Installed by Jon-Don
All Equipment Not
Purchased through Jon-Don

• Any replacement part(s) covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be installed free of charge up to one (1) year from the date of purchase if the work is performed at a Jon-Don facility. The warrantied part(s) must have been originally installed by Jon-Don to qualify for free labor. • Jon-Don will process a warranty claim for equipment we distribute according to the manufacturer’s policy even when not purchased through us. Customer may be required to provide proof of purchase.
• Customer will be responsible for all labor at standard shop rates plus any freight costs, less what is covered by the manufacturer.
• The customer may be asked to pay the entire parts and labor up front when risk of warranty claim denial is present. A reimbursement will be issued only if the manufacturer approves the warranty claim.
