The JointMaster Pro2 is designed to make all your bulk joint fill applications easy and efficient. Featuring a newly improved design for improved productivity and ease of use, the JointMaster is the preferred joint pump for all your large-scale jobs.
One of the more exciting features about the JointMaster is this unit’s ability to accept a wide variety of joint filler products. Other joint pumps often have strict limitations as to which products they can use, but the versatile JointMaster can be used with a variety of joint filler products, polyureas, and semi-rigid epoxies.
The newly redesigned rotary gear pumps of the JointMaster feature 10 times improved seal pressure resistance—up to 2,000 PSI of back pressure. This improved performance and helps reduce breakdowns if the operator should inadvertently leave the unit running with cured material inside.
The new CE-rated motor offers much lower energy consumption, which allows for longer run times when on the battery. The fully enclosed drive design features 3 shafts and is designed for reduced friction, which saves energy and improves efficiency.
The JointMaster Pro2 also features a new programmable digital motor control with display, ensuring consistent product flow and higher output. You can dial in the precise speed of dispensing needed for the type of joint fill being used.
To ensure the highest standards of operator safety, all components are fully enclosed within a durable housing that is easily accessible via Allen wrench. In addition, all the frame edges have been beveled to prevent injuries to shins and hands.
The JointMaster Pro2 features industrial-grade lockable casters that allow for safe movement of the machine, but then lock down securely, preventing the unit from rolling around during use.
Just as with previous models, the JointMaster Pro2 features a handy utility basket built within the compact frame. This makes it easy to keep tools, static mixers, replacement blades, or even a water bottle within easy reach.
