Free Freight 
Items marked with “Free Freight” always ship for free, no matter what quantity you order. This freight policy only applies to orders shipped within the Continental U.S.
Free Freight Eligible
Items marked with “Free Freight Eligible” qualify toward our Free Freight program. When you purchase at least $350.00 worth of “Free Freight Eligible” items, Jon-Don will pay the shipping on that portion of the order. The shipping costs on items not eligible for this program will be charged to your order. In addition, we will also charge your order for any C.O.D. fees or freight carrier’s hazardous materials fees. This freight policy only applies to orders shipped within the Continental U.S.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via the best, most cost-effective method: either local carrier or UPS. Orders will be shipped via truck when the gross weight of your order makes the use of a common carrier more economical. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or airfreight services are available to expedite rush orders. These special services will incur additional costs. When an order is shipped by truck, our traffic department negotiates with a number of trucking companies to ensure the most competitive freight rates available. Should you wish to have us use a specific trucking company, please let your account representative know at the time you place your order. That information can become a permanent part of your account file, if you choose. Please be aware that specifying your own freight carrier may result in higher shipping costs to you.
Returns: In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, excluding special orders, simply return the item for a full credit, replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt! There’s no hassle, no "third degree", no worrying about getting a credit. However, in order for us to receive credit from our vendors, we must have all such items returned within 30 days of purchase. When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. New equipment should be tested for a few minutes in a controlled environment before normal use. Hazardous Material Policy: UPS classifies some types of chemicals as "hazardous" for shipping purposes. UPS charges an additional $27.50 per package (ground) or $37.50 per package (air) for these items (subject to change without notice). The quantities we can ship vary according to product. Therefore, if you use such an item regularly it makes sense to order the maximum per package to avoid additional hazardous charges. Please note that certain hazardous items may not be shipped Next Day or Second Day Air, or may be shipped in limited quantities. Truck lines classify items the same way UPS does and generally apply such surcharges. On the free freight orders, the hazardous fee will still be collected. Damage in Shipment: All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier; UPS driver, truck driver, etc. Please retain the original carton as it is often needed as part of a claim settlement.
Shortage of Merchandise: In the event that you receive an order that shows an item shipped, but the item (s) are not in the box, please notify us immediately or in as timely a manner as possible.
