Fiberlock IAQ 6000 Mold Resistant Coating is an extremely durable coating developed to withstand moist, humid conditions that are ideal for mold growth.
This easy to apply, 100% acrylic coating offers the ultimate in durability in combination with excellent mold resistance.
Fiberlock IAQ 6000 does not contain any compounds with toxic metals, such as barium, boron, or zinc, which are present in other mold-resistant coatings.
IAQ 6000 contains an EPA-registered, broad-spectrum fungicide to prevent the growth of mold on the surface of the cured film. Additionally, its smooth finish minimizes dirt buildup that provides nutrients for mold growth.

Apply Fiberlock IAQ 6000 with brush, roller, or airless spray equipment. Refer to the product application section below for more specific information on settings and which tools to select.
Air and surface temperature must be 50°F or above during application and drying period. Fiberlock IAQ 6000 is supplied ready to use, but can be thinned sparingly with water (up to 1/2 pint water per gallon) for proper application consistency if necessary. Apply Fiberlock IAQ 6000 generously and uniformly by brush or airless sprayer. Ensure that the finished surface is properly sealed. If using airless spray equipment, Fiberlock IAQ 6000 can be successfully applied with a 0.017 - 0.019 tip setting.
Stir thoroughly. Do not mix with any other coatings, solvents, or colors in oil. Fiberlock IAQ 6000 is resistant to the deteriorating action of mold, mildew, and bacteria. No claim is made for the preservative action to other than the coating film. Do not apply when air or surface temperature is below 50°F or when drying conditions are poor. Keep from freezing. Use adequate ventilation during application.
Clean tools and drippings with warm, soapy water before Fiberlock IAQ 6000 dries. Dispose of all waste according to all existing local, state, and federal regulations.

• IAQ 6000 may be tinted to any off-white or pastel based color. Add up to 2 oz of universal colorant per gallon.
