Looking for a Better Way to Control Water Usage and Slurry Disposal on Wet Grinding Jobs?
Check out the Ermator W2000/2 Wet Vacuum with Pre-Separator!
The Ermator W2000/2 Wet Vacuum improves efficiency and reduces costs associated with wet grinding, saw cutting, and coring jobs on concrete by allowing the operator to re-use collected waste water.
The concept is simple: extracted slurry passes through a separation tank and metal screen filter that removes the majority of large particles and debris The cleaner, usable water is then pumped back to the tool where it can be re-used during the grinding/cutting job.
The Ermator W2000/2 Wet Vacuum dramatically reduces water consumption as well as costs associated with hauling water and disposing of slurry wastewater.
The Ermator W2000/2 Wet Vacuum features a closed circuit design for continuous liquid flow, ensuring there’s no break in performance. The high-pressure, oil-cooled pump discharges collected fluids at a rate of nearly 70 gallons per minute, which is ideal for both flushing the working area and emptying the tank.
The Ermator W2000/2 Wet Vacuum features a patented filter/float system to maximize airflow and provide a reliable auto shut-off to protect the motor.
This heavy-duty wet vac is made from stainless steel, so it’s durable enough to stand up to the toughest challenges.
Comes with wand and hoses.
