Blast Through Grease So Thick,

You Could Pick It Up with an Ice Cream Scoop!

Designed for Heavily Soiled Restaurant Carpet and Trashed Rentals

Restaurants can present the toughest cleaning challenges. Chinese restaurants and diners usually have the most severe soiling where it seems like only a chisel or an ice cream scoop can remove the gunk from the floor.

Grease Eraser is specifically designed to emulsify those tough soils for easy, fast removal. This powerful powdered pre-spray dissolves thick oily binders and penetrates deep into the carpet, resulting in a more thorough, deep-down clean.

Trashed rental units also respond well to this grease-cutting formula. Customers who were considering replacing their carpet will be amazed at what you can do with a little help from Grease Eraser!

Great for Use as an Everyday Pre-Spray!

Grease Eraser delivers its biggest WOW factor on greasy restaurant carpet, but it’s also a great go-to pre-spray for household traffic lanes and commercial carpet too. This concentrated powdered pre-spray can be easily adjusted to soil conditions that do not need it at the full recommended strength. This helps reduce your chemical costs while still delivering those customer-pleasing results.

Note: With a pH of 11.5, Grease Eraser is not safe for stain-resistant carpet, however, there are no caustic ingredients that will actually harm the new nylons.

Unique Detergent Blend—No Enzymes!

Grease Eraser relies on a unique blend of penetrating detergents and liquid surfactants to dissolve tough grease and grime. Unlike enzyme formulas that can require up to 45 minutes of dwell time to digest oily soils, Grease Eraser liquefies thick, gunk and grime almost immediately.

Simply spray it down and head back to the truck to get your equipment. By the time your hoses are running, Grease Eraser will have done its job and all those greasy soils will rinse away freely!

As another added benefit, once mixed, there’s no time limit on when Grease Eraser needs to be used. Enzyme-based products often have a short shelf life, especially once diluted, but Grease Eraser can be used anytime without sacrificing product performance.

NOTE: Because Grease Eraser is a detergent blend, you can cut back on the amount of extraction detergent used when rinsing the carpet. In fact, many users get great results using just a clear water rinse.

Better for You, Better for the Environment

Grease Eraser contains no butyl, no d-Limonene, and no solvents of any kind that may irritate your lungs. This non-toxic formula is enviro-safe, making it a great choice for eco-conscious customers too.

Highly Concentrated for Extreme Value

Just 3 ounces per gallon of water (6 scoops per 5-quart reservoir) is all you need for the average cleaning job. One 7-pound jar goes a long way!

Advice from the Pros:

For that super filthy area right by the doors of the restaurant kitchen—the one that the wait staff use to come and go, tracking grease from the kitchen into the main dining area with their shoes—mix a small bottle of triple strength Grease Eraser (2 ounces to a quart spray bottle of HOT water). Mist over the top of the area after applying your regular Grease Eraser pre-spray. Until you see this, you ain’t seen nothing yet!

Dilution:

  • Add one 3-ounce scoop per gallon of hot water.
  • In PowerForce sprayers, mix 6 scoops (18 oz) to the 5-quart reservoir and mix with hottest water possible
  • In low-pressure Hydro-Force sprayers, add 9 ounces per gallon of hottest water possible

Note: Not for use on stain-resistant carpet.

Commercial Carpet Cleaning:

Commercial carpeting can be made of any kind of fiber. One of the biggest differences between commercial and residential nylon carpet is that stain-resistant warranties do not apply to commercial property. If the carpet fiber is olefin, it is best to follow the tech help on olefin fiber.

Recommended Basic Method:

  1. Vacuum carpet thoroughly.
  2. Dilute pre-spray (traffic lane cleaner) into a pump-up sprayer or inline sprayer and spray onto all traffic lane areas.
  3. Use a groomer to groom in the pre-spray and allow a 10-minute dwell time.
  4. Put diluted detergent into carpet extractor and clean carpet.
  5. To neutralize carpet, dilute an acid rinse into a pump-up sprayer, inline sprayer, or extractor and apply to carpet. Apply 3M Scotchgard diluted at 32 oz per gallon of water to carpet with a sprayer.
  6. Groom carpet to evenly spread protector onto all sides of the fiber.
  7. Set air movers in room to speed dry carpet.
