Open Accounts:
We offer open accounts to qualified customers. Please be aware that we process applications as quickly as
possible. However, we ask for your patience as processing of your application can take 1 to 2 weeks. Many companies that are used as credit references will respond only to written requests for information. Until an open account is established, purchases must be shipped prepaid by Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Once an Open Account is established, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Monthly statements are not sent out, so customers are expected to pay from the invoice. To maintain open account status, invoices must be paid within the terms stated. No orders will be shipped on past due accounts until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. A PDF version of the application is available for download or you can call or e-mail us to have an application sent to you.

How it Works
1. Call Jon-Don for an application.
2. Complete and return to Jon-Don by fax or mail.
3. We will get an approval within 24 hours—often much faster!
4. Return a hard copy of your signed application if you faxed it in
for approval.
5. We ship your order!
Any purchases made on the Jon-Don Deferred Payment Plan are subject to credit approval. Payment will not be
required for six months. Finance charges will accrue during the deferral period, but if such purchases are paid in
full within the six month time period your account will be credited for all finance charges on such purchases until
such due date.
Back Orders:
As hard as we try, there are times when we must back order items you want. We maintain a computerized back order file and automatically will ship items to you
as soon as they become available. If you do not want back orders shipped, please inform us and we will mark your records accordingly.
Equipment Warranty:
All equipment is sold with a factory warranty. Should a problem arise, we ask that you return the defective item so that we may forward it to the manufacturer. To avoid costly down time, we will ship and bill you for a replacement part. When the factory qualifies the part under the terms of the stated warranty, we will credit your account for the price of the replacement item. In the event that the factory does not cover the replacement under the warranty, we will inform you of the reason why and appeal their decision, if so desired. In the event that the warranty is still denied, we will process the replacement part invoice for payment.
Technical Support:
We are pleased to offer a Technical Support Department staffed by highly experienced representatives who participate in an on-going training to keep abreast of the latest industry developments. We welcome your questions, problems, and comments. If we are unable to answer a question or solve a problem, we will be happy to call on industry leaders to provide the correct information. In addition, you will soon find a comprehensive searchable database of cleaning procedures, tips and tricks here at our web site.
Policy Changes:
Many changes occur beyond our control that may affect pricing and availability of items that qualify for our free freight program. We reserve the right to make any additions, deletions or substitutions of qualifying items at any time and without prior notice.
