Chemspec Traffic Lane Cleaners
A standard application on all manmade carpet fibers, traffic lane cleaner or pre-spray is an essential component of effective carpet cleaning. Since the creation of Chemspec Traffic Lane Cleaner, the first pretreatment product and procedure formulated by Dan Savanuck for heavily soiled carpet areas, Chemspec has expanded its chemical technology over the years to continually meet the challenges of both residential and commercial carpet cleaning.
Chemspec’s product formulas have been enhanced to include products such as Biosolv, a water soluble citrus solvent, and enzymes that digest protein-based stains and odor-causing bacteria, just to name a few.

Chemspec Detergents

Chemspec Deodorizers

Chemspec Urine Contamination Treatment was specifically created to contain urine odors, one of the most common sources of odor complaints. Chemspec Spotters
Spot removal can be one of the more challenging aspects of carpet cleaning in both commercial and residential settings. To help today’s technicians with effective spot removal, Chemspec has developed several spotters to remove common and uncommon stains from both carpet and upholstery. Chemspec was also the first to introduce the idea of freezing chewing gum for easy removal.
