Bleach Neutralizer stops the chemical reaction of bleach on carpet fibers and dyes and neutralizes it on contact. It should be used any time a bleach spot is re-dyed.
One pound of powder makes one gallon of concentrate. One gallon will treat hundreds of spots. Concentrate can be diluted 1:1 with water.
